Due to the perishable and custom nature of our floral products, all sales are final. Urban Blooms Minneapolis does not accept returns or exchanges on fresh floral arrangements.

We take great care in preparing every order. Because flowers are a natural product, variations in color, size, shape, and availability may occur. When necessary, substitutions may be made while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact Urban Blooms Minneapolis within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
